Rental Rates effective July 1, 2008

RATES FOR PRESIDENTIAL SUITES
LOW SEASON (weeks 15-50): $325
HIGH SEASON (weeks 51-14): $450

RATES FOR AMBASSADOR SUITES
LOW SEASON (weeks 15-50): $175
HIGH SEASON (weeks 51-14): $225

Rates are per room per night, quoted in US dollars, European Plan and are subject to change without notice.
Service charge, Government taxes and Energy surcharges are not included and are payable upon checkout.
Service charge and Government taxes are 19.5% of the room rate. Energy surcharge is $7.75 daily for
a one-bedroom Ambassador Suite and $8.80 daily for a two-bedroom Presidential Suite. Government
Timeshare Tax is $8.15 daily for a one-bedroom suite (Ambassador) and $9.35 daily for a two-bedroom Suite (Presidential).
Rates quoted are for non-members and are for maximum occupancy of 4 persons for a one-bedroom Ambassador
Suite and 6 persons for a two-bedroom Presidential Suite.
Casa del Mar members and RCI and Interval International exchangees receive a 25% discount off the
published rates.
Payment is required upon confirmation. In the event of a cancellation, the Resort requires 30 days notice
in order to avoid a 3-night penalty charge. Check In time is 4.00 p.m. and Check Out time is 11.00 a.m.
As our Timeshare intervals are Saturday to Saturday, a room change may be necessary during your stay.
Reservations will advise when the booking is being made.
